Joey and Clark’s Wedding

I know these people are anxious to see their pictures so I’m not going to write much! The hardest part for me about this wedding is that I got so little time with the bride and groom… but the entertainment at the reception made up for that : ) And the guys’ shoes! Haha… I’m putting up a lot of pics from the reception that I couldn’t fit in the slideshow in another post : ) P.S. I love this song… and am way glad that Joey and Clark share my love for Iron and Wine…

Brittany and Brandon

O.M.G… if this post doesn’t tell you how far behind I was, I don’t know what will. I took Brittany and Brandon’s pictures back in October. If Brittany wasn’t one of my oldest and closest friends, I would be worried that she would fire me. Luckily we’ve been through too much together for her to fire me…Ice Castles, the Buttercream Gang, Skate Away, videotaping ourselves singing Jewel, the Lizzie McGuire movie, heart-shaped dolphin-inspired necklaces, awkward hugs at the Hey Arnold the Movie…the list goes on and on. Brittany and I always find ourselves looking at each other in amazement because we somehow find the things that no one else understands extremely funny. I love this girl very much.

Brittany and Brandon are like Kelly and Zack, Kevin and Winnie, Luke and Lorelai… at least that’s what I’ve always said : ) For as long as I can remember, Brittany has loved this boy. The story began in 6th grade and has had a lot of ups and downs over the years. I was always worried that if she didn’t end up marrying Brandon, she would be walking down the aisle on her wedding day scanning the crowd for his face. And that just didn’t seem like a happy story. I am so happy for them both… because they are so good together. They just make sense. They just get each other. They love each other a ridiculous amount. It’s how it should be. And how many stories are there of a 6th grade couple making it? : )

This song is another Ray LaMontagne number… which melts my heart. It’s really kind of upbeat and fun, which Brittany and Brandon are. It made me think of the end credits of a really happy ending movie which documents their love. Brandon okayed this Britticans… so if you really don’t like the song, you can blame the both of us. I love you both and hope you like this : )
